We want you to feel completely comfortable ordering from HUGABABE.

If your purchase is not quite right for you, you may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. You do not need to provide a reason — simply contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Starting a Return

To begin your return, please email us at hugababecarrier@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • Your order number or the email address used for the order

We will reply with the correct return address and simple return instructions.

Please contact us before sending your package, as items sent to an incorrect address or returned without prior contact may be delayed.

Return Shipping

To help us continue offering our 90-day guarantee to customers worldwide, return postage for change-of-mind returns is arranged and covered by the customer.

You are welcome to use the local postal or courier service that is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your postage receipt until your refund has been completed.

Original return postage costs are not refundable.

Trying Your Product at Home

You are welcome to carefully try your HUGABABE product at home to make sure it is right for you.

To help us process your return, please send the product back with all of its original components. The product should be clean, unwashed, unaltered and free from stains, strong odours, pet hair or damage beyond what would be expected from a reasonable at-home try-on.

Original packaging is appreciated whenever possible but is not required.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may reduce a refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to try it.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us before sending it back.

Email us at hugababecarrier@gmail.com with your order details and, where possible, a clear photograph of the issue. We will review it promptly and make it right.

Return or replacement costs relating to a confirmed damaged, faulty or incorrect item will be handled by us in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived, we will inspect it and email you with an update.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Where required by applicable law, eligible standard delivery charges will also be refunded. Optional express or upgraded delivery charges may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different colour or product is to return your original order and place a new order separately.

Our customer support team will be happy to assist you throughout the process.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied products.

Customers located in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom may also have statutory cancellation rights for online purchases. Where applicable, these legal rights continue to apply alongside our extended 90-day return period.
