It’s best to use our product from 9 months old when they have enough back and neck strength and are able to sit up by themselves. I rarely write reviews, but as soon as I received this sling and tried it on, I knew I had to share my experience. My baby usually hates being in carriers, and I've wasted so much money on different ones with no success. At 10 months, he's already over 20 lbs, and my husband and I were really worried about our upcoming 12-hour flight. But this sling is so easy to figure out, and most importantly, my baby LOVES it! He seems very comfortable and secure in it. I can even let go for a few seconds without worrying that he'll slip out. It’s also very compact and light enough to carry in a diaper bag. Initially, I considered another brand because I wanted back support, but I couldn't find one that I liked 100%. When I saw that this sling, I bought it immediately, and I’m so glad I did. Plus, I'm really pleased with their customer service—they fixed a delivery mistake promptly and without any hassle. Overall, a superb product and I’m going to recommend it to all my parent friends!

This is the 3rd one I’ve purchased. I gifted one to a friend, lost one :-( and then just bought the new version. SO USEFUL!!!! This thing is easy to use and my 4 year old can still fit in it if he wants to. Best sling ever, love the new pocket place, much better design. HIGHLY recommend. I will purchase more for gifts in the future.
